Chandeliers, candlelight and a long table.
Deep red walls, crystal chandeliers and gallery paintings set the mood the moment you walk in. Sheer curtains soften the daylight for shoots; by evening, the candles take over. One open loft in the Exchange District that goes from brand shoot to dinner party with a change of lighting.

How do I book?
Send us a message on Instagram or by email with your date, the occasion and a rough guest count. We'll confirm availability and set up a tour.
Can I see the space before booking?
Yes. A tour is the best way to plan your layout and lighting. Message us and we'll find a time.
How many guests fit?
It depends on the layout. A seated dinner, a standing reception and a workshop each use the room differently. Tell us what you're planning and we'll confirm what works.
Can I bring my own food, décor and vendors?
Share your plans with us. We'll walk through what works in the room and are happy to suggest local people for grazing tables, florals and photobooths.
